The Caregiving Journey - May 14, 2008 from
8:30am - 3:00pm at the Pontiac Convention Center. This family
and professional caregiver conference honors the strength and
courage it takes to care for someone in need.

Support groups are available for individuals with memory
loss and/or a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or a related
dementia. If you feel that you and your loved one
would benefit from this support group, please contact our office
for more information at (608) 314-8500. The Alzheimer's
Support Center provides a schedule of support group meetings.
These meetings are designed for caregivers of individuals
with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Find the location nearest
